Christmas With PoptropicaStars's Family

Yesterday, Wendy Harrington from the NBC Poptropica weekday talk show, The Lifestyle, interviewed PoptropicaStars about what Christmas and the holidays are really like with her family and relatives along with fashionable new year resolutions. Here is the transcribed interview:

WENDY: So PoptropicaStars, your family, describe them.
POPTROPICASTARS: My family is the type of family that gets along with people no matter what differences you may have. They are always open-minded and will not hold a grudge. I am very fortunate of calling them, "Mom" and "Dad".
WENDY: Knowing you have a small family consisting of only your mother and father, how are Christmas preparations like at your parents' house?
POPTROPICASTARS: Actually, we have several relatives who come over to Thousand Oaks to celebrate Christmas with us. As for preparations... every Christmas Day, everyone pitches in to make each December 25th a memorable one. This year, I am helping my mom set up the banquet table by placing a gift on each chair. The catch is, when the relatives arrive, they do not know which gift they are receiving... but the gifts are all cool trinkets to have as keepsakes.
WENDY: Do you have any fun Christmas traditions?
POPTROPICASTARS: Oh my goodness, yes! *laughs* After dinner, I don't know why, but we always end up having a random dance party in the living room!... My uncle who flies in from California City on Mainland Poptropica has some of the craziest dance moves... ever! He does this jig where he bends his knee almost more than one-hundred-five degrees and... oh my gosh... I need to show everyone here a home video of it. It's that hilarious! *laughs*
WENDY: What do you usually feast on during Christmas?
POPTROPICASTARS: In the morning, I eat a light breakfast like... a granola bar and a glass of milk. It saves time and room for the grand supper... At dinner, my mom and I make the classic Christmas dishes - ham, grilled asparagus, mashed potatoes, spinach quiche, corn on the cob - to everyone's preferences. Of course, I'm a vegetarian and not allowed to eat red meat so ham is sadly off my personal menu... And you can't forget about dessert. My dad makes the best pumpkin and pecan pie in the world!
WENDY: Do you have any memories growing up as a child during the holidays?
POPTROPICASTARS: I was like a kid in a toy store. I enjoyed decorating the Christmas tree whenever December made its mark on the calendar. When I was eight years old, my dad and I always made cheesy Christmas cards to send to our relatives. We wrote stuff like, "Have a Grinch-less Christmas with a side of Who hash." That was the holidays when I was growing up.
WENDY: Have you planned new year resolutions yet?
POPTROPICASTARS: Yes, but I haven't made them official. However, when the clock strikes midnight into 2014, my resolutions will begin very strictly.
WENDY: Can you tell us what you are thinking about designing for 2014?
POPTROPICASTARS: Next year, I want my future designs to be casual chic with high profile... clothing that ordinary working people like me would buy to wear in the business atmosphere.
